Just like the new cleaner who sent me this. he or the client can't figure out whats up. Client is blaming him for "Removing some of the enamel"

i dont see topical

super heavily soiled- my guess is there in no black in the tile

the shine is a false shine from too much cleaner being use. which in turns causes more soil to build inthe micro pores in the fake looking slate.
