You can get the Aztec god and scantily-clad, unconscious virgin in East LA for a case of Bud. While you're there, get a chain steering wheel and matching license plate frame.

Depends on what they paint.

If it looks as good as a wrap, why not!

Body can not be returned to plain with out extensive sanding and paint..

Vinyl (if a good quality like 3M) is more durable than paint, so if you never touch a branch with the truck it should be fine.

The exception would be vinyl photo wraps, which have a tendency to fade within a few years.
