What is a CBR?

I saw this post on ICS for pre-scrubbing pre-spray was just wondering what a CBR is?
(The one that gets scrubbed in with a CBR machine. I have used many and with this method they all work great)

I didn't see the post, but maybe he ment "CRB" and not CBR??

"counter rotating brush" machine like a GLS, is my guess
