What is a typical sqft rate for commercial

Local big name company(for the area, not franchise) is rolling with a $350 minimum for commercial.. I'm taking a bunch from them!! I like commercial, just not restaurants.. There is always a price!!

I'd be doing it at $300.....

We are the same for after hours work. During regular hours $175.00 minimum.

I love commercial work (non restaurant) and we do our fair share but it has to be worth the extra effort.

The recent one I took is right across the street from me.. Someone spilled coffee and they charged them $350 for the spot! Lol.. I charged $500 for the whole place, and I was done in 2.5 hours..

We have charged our minimum for spotting as well... We'll do what they want for our minimum as long as it falls within our minimum..

What is that bad ass brush for the 175? Will that rock it out on grease?

It was a Nylon grit brush or something..
