kind of depends on the customer and situation

protector is generally the first but if the couch or tile is dirty then it may be the first offer

In every city, there are many carpet cleaners.

In every region, it is rare to find reputable leather cleaners.

Carpet services form the base of the cleaning and restoration industry.

Leather services are at the apex of this industry.

Leather Cleaning and Restoration is the key that opens the door to other essential services of our industry.

Especially to luxury home, office, yacht, aircraft, etc.

True or false any experiences you may have?

Give it a thought!

Leather!

Oh why not?

Note:
Those services Harry listed suggest "High-Tech".

Sorry for the above, as we are already in the door.

We don't need the perceived "High-Tech" image to enter the door.

Just add Leather Services and see the response!

I was on an all day job, and even though I only had one room left, they asked if I could just finish up the next day because they had people coming over. I scheduled her in for later on in the week and came back to finish up that one room. She added on an eight foot sofa stuffed with goose down, 6 easy chairs, two stools, a pile of rugs, and an SUV all with protecter and was wondering if I could get it done. I'm glad I scheduled in 3 or 4 hours for her, because with how big the place was I was sure she forgot to put something on the origional bid.

It may be a regional thing, but lifting out red Kool-Aid is an easy ticket builder in these parts of Mississippi. Recoloring bleach spots is good money too.

Product sales is a great income booster without requiring much time. This can be helpful if you are running behind schedule to get to the next job.

Grandi Groomer, sliders for under the furnitre legs, cleaning products to keep that tiel floor looking nice without killing the sealer, etc.

What about a handy man service? I went with my cleaning girls today.......(didnt want to) one called off. So A customer had me fixing her broke toilet handle. Changed an aerator on the sink faucet. And chanegd some light bulbs. why the girls cleaned.( cleaned a little bit.) She paid for the repair parts and then slipped me a hundred dollar bill, like i was an employee. My carpet tech was at a house yesterday, The man had my tech check his oil in the car and add some coolant. made 30 bucks off that.

Pest Control $165 - $240
takes around 30 - 45 minutes.
chemical cost per job $10 - $20

Normally most pest control services require an intial contract and termite inspection fee that will cost around a grand and then they maintain it with yearly treatments. How do you operate?

I put protector because it is the easiest...but now that I think about it the "best" add on is probably tile. I seem to be making more money on that when it happens.
But really, the tile is usually scheduled because the nice girls at Full Circle offer it over the phone.
They really ARE more than just an answering service.
I need to go back to the other thread.

Pest control is only for cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish and fleas.

Termite control ( which I stopped doing over 10 years ago ) is a whole different thing normally running to around $2000-$3000 per home and taking a LOT longer than 45 minutes to do.
