Don’t count on it. I can see you needing employees. Lordy, I’d be a nervous wreck sending employees into a house with hoses and a wand😬 Crap, I had an employee break a very large vase with a vacuum in a bank. One broke a urinal this summer😏
Spare us the details..

So Brian are you still working I remember you talking of retirement! Let me jus say that day we signed papers at the bank with CRASH was the beginning of a new life....no more race boats....no more blowing money....lik water.....and Joan's simultaneous retirement worked out perfectly.. even if I'm broke as a church mouse ....i did build a dozen or so Genies right under Mikeys nose to get me by... that was 13 years ago and I miss those days....squat!
And again I want to thank all you great people for still working and paying those taxes......
Marty said it all!

Brian retired.
He may, or may not, be doing consulting.
I can’t keep up either.

Nothing more to report.

Bob, he was not cleaning the urinal itself. He was scrubbing the wall around the urinal with a micro and hit the edge and chipped a big piece off. You would’ve had to be there.

My biggest mistake was doing the mansions on Shoreline dr ...the Fords and Romneys ....of course the maids an butlers couldn't write checks so i had to wait.... i didn't lik that.......however it did pay for my 39 ft Cigarette offshore (around 101 MPH gps.......all the while manager of a posh 200 unit apartment complex on the water....then my boss moved me to an old age Jewish apartment place.....then a divorce and moved to Pontiac...mostly black retired factory home owners where i became famous (sorry Brian).....i nailed down all 56 black(which most paid in one dollar bills) churches and most of the town...i was on fire!...Married Joan and we built our own small mansion Gurkink was there and sold it jus before the 08 crash and then building dragsters and pro-street cars... sold the bidness to CRASH.....then built the Genies ....THEN got old an broke!

THE END

I just made my biggest regret. I even knew better, but I thought I could defy the odds.

Never, and I mean never let any account control the majority of your business. I just lost our biggest account and it is a slap in the face and punch in the gut. This account took almost all of our resources and time and didn't allow us to expand beyond it.

Now that it's gone we are scrambling to rebuild. The only saving grace is that we had a huge waiting list.

Time to lace up the boots and get to work.

Sure, you got comfortable for a short period of time. Losing that account hurt. But just keep in mind that this time of being very uncomfortable is actually a period of growth for your business.

Who was it on here that compared a business' uncomfortable season to the crab or lobster hiding to shed it's outer shell so it could grow? And once it obtained it's new shell it was bigger and stronger.

I think you should be excited! Because you're now adapting to make your business excel and grow more solid roots to obtain for the future slow seasons once you have your new list of smaller repeat customer base established. Sure, it's gonna hurt a little with slower cash flow. But you'll see the fruitage from this new season in your career blossom very soon. I already claim it brother

You'll be much better off for it.

Luckily and gracefully, time is on your side and Trumpenomics is on the way...
