I am interested in purchasing a wet/dry vac. There is plenty of them via the www but I have to order from grainger.com as this is the supplier the company uses and since they are paying for it they want me to find one on this site. I'm not sure which one is a good quality brand to go with. It will be used on VCT floors after stripping.

Suggestions would be appreciated :)

:very_drunk: lol are you drunk........14.,000.00 hahaha that isn't going to happen .......
the vac will only be used at the one facility and I suppose I should have included the company is NOT looking to spend over 400.000. surely there is a decent shop vac for around that price range....

Are you going to be using it to suck up stripper slurry or use it after its been stripped? If using for stripping, i would get the cheapest you can find because it wont last long. JMO

You need a vacuum with a front mount squeegee if your going to do regular floor work.
You need to thoroughly clean your equipment when you are finished. Wet vac, Floor machine, brushes and pads.
The stripping slurry rinses out easily when wet. If you let it dry then you use scrappers or scrub brushes and stripper to get it off.
The Viper is a great unit and the top of the line is the Advance Airscoop.
We have great pricing on both.
Give us a call

We like the nobles better, and it has a better track record.

The nobles will take Years and years of abuse and keep working.

We had a few vipers we returned because of small but constantly irritating issues.

Speaking about returns that $1,000.00 meter you sold me yesterday isn't working. What's your return policy?

Buy far the best Squeegee vacuums for floors was the Nobles Speedry. To bad they don't make it anymore.
The one they make is comparable to the Viper or Advance.
You just want something with a fixed squeegee rather than an add on.

The little I do floors I use my old porty and use the fresh water to rinse the floors and the wax jobs seem to look better. The vac motors in shop vacs are not the same as the vacs in the extractors yes more money but longer lasting . jz.
