And perhaps this is why the circle jerk should end. Different perspectives from different owners. You have the pinnacle and the pulpit. Each have different models. I would say that sometimes i'm hungry and sometimes I'm not. But I don't like to do clean up work. "The last carpet didn't get rid of the mold...you know the black edges" is common.

No flood work and no fixing others mistakes. Or alleged mistakes...Sometimes the customer is ignorant. Ignorant and always right can be like walking on egg shells if you want to not only lead but to excell in customer service. Not to mention quality...

Seriously....(lets go of penis).....I think it can be tough to blanket policy such things.

I don't think the presentation of such a common situation on it's own is enough warrant immediate blanket dismissal, but more how many other secondary red flags are present, and with all considerations being relative to the state of your business and of your mind at that moment.

I have no problem with additional service fees if they are justified by a true inconvenience or additional work.

Name your price, justify any additional fees with them, set their expectation accordingly, and let them decide.

Shouldn't be too hard to sell a premium price to someone who has just been burned by the "cheaper guy".

They should expect to have to open their wallets a little wider on this one due to no ones fault but their own, and if they are not, they will be doing you a favor by not not using you.

The other realtor would be doing the right thing if they arranged supplementing any additional cost directly to you in the best interest of satisfying their client.

He/She should take the responsibility of making sure it is done right this time, even if it may cost a little extra scarol (schka-ROLL).

I was leaning to shut down the carpet biz
When I blew the head a second time, that convinced me it was time

I drained an wrapped it in pallet packing suran wrap and rolled around back of the pole barn
