What linked in category do I fit in?

I chose consumer services. I figured that works for disaster restoration and carpet cleaning.

It seems like I have this problem really often when trying to decide a category for social media or a directory. If they don't have a home services category I am lost. I like your idea of customer service, that is as good as anything else. I will have to see what category I registered in.
