what percentage of profit should a van be at?

but on "average" what percentage of the gross is profit? (net)


asking for the "norms" with a two man crew (lead tech well paid/with bennies) in a new loaded van cleaning at "normal" pricing ..$40-60 rm

grossing $170-$200K year


what percentage of profit is a reasonable expectation?

Maybe 20-30% a little less the first year, but should move back up to around 50% in the next few years

Humm.. that might be possible If you an O/O and Not in California.

My Employee, benefits n burden cost are over 50%. I guess I could pay them less-- but I'd rather not deal with the higher turn-over, drama that comes with low wage workers.

My gross is about 15%--it might be time for another rate increase.

As an owner operator my expenses are about 60 to 65 percent, one van and a helper.
My taxes are about 7 percent of my gross. The rest is mine.
