I got a list of customers from a guy with a cash business over 20 years old, he couldn't sell. He wanted 40,000 for list and equipment (which was way out dated). He tried for 2 years, went down to 10 K and still couldn't sell it.
I ended up with the list and gave him 15% off each job for a year.
I don't want to see my hard work go to the shitter.
Plus, I sleep better not worrying about the man.
