on the way is a 4 jet that has 4 03s

so now and later ill be at a 12

Most of the jamokes in the biz can soak a carpet with 04 flow.

Encouraging them to use more flow by posting what some of us use, might not be such a great recipe for them

After consulting with the grand master of wand pimping (Greenie), My 12 inch CMP wand jets went from 4 .015's to 4 .02's. Along with a holed glide, feather touch valve, check valves and a green horn kit, Greenie saved that wand from a trip back to Jon-Don for a trade in. Hey, what do ya know ... no more streaks! Now it's great.

Meat...no such thing as over wetting, only under drying.

Those Jamokes stand a greater chance of leaving carpet drier with larger jetting.

As soon as they realize they can actually get a rug clean in two passes with high flow and thermal transfer, instead of blasting it with 5 cause they are misting it with tiny jets, they just might see the light.

ps: Dan, don't tell BL they are happy with the POS WestPak wands now, just tells me purchasing doesn't talk to service and support.

I have one with 2-02's and another with 2-03's. I have a small blower so I probably shouldn't go any larger.

By the way those wands came with 01's on one and 015 on the other.

might be right greenie...ohhhh BTW when i cleaned my carpet upstairs with the 2 06s and my high heat and the 2"hose to 2" glided wand i got dry time(still slightly damp but very little sock transfer) in 5 hrs...down from where i was last time i cleaned with 2 03s and the 2" set...


joey what size blower you got, cuz you could pimp that out..


oh yeah a 36 roots with using both 2" ports off the tank

Most of my customers are running 4 x 1.5 @ 550 PSI

A few have gone to 4 x 2.0 @ 550 PSI.

One @ 5 x 2.0 @ 500 PSI.

now is that ATM or ATW... because i was playing with mine, and bought a gage to check mine....and i was at 450-550 ATM and dropped 200 psi ATW for 100' of 1/4 hose....

Floorguy, That will be an interesting topic. When I switched from o6 to 09 my psi atm drops 50 psi when I key the wand. I can imagine atw psi is way down.I think 09 flow is near the limit of the pump. Anyway it cleans GREAT !

I run my own wands except for my Stanley 6 jet. That has 6 01's in it with a holed Greenglide. My 2 jet is (2) 11003's and my 4 jet is (4) 95015's. I run my pressure around 400 psi atm. This set up seems to be a perfect balance for my cleaning style and my machine.

I just moved up to 4 x 02 for my CMP wand and cranked the psi to about 500 and it seems to be working well.

and Greenie is right on about blasting the dirt outa crummy carpet. Turn it down if you don't need the flow. Crank it up if you do.

Sure did a nice job on my carpets this weekend. 2 passes, dried in about 2 hours on average with average airflow (ceiling fan, open windows) and after teflon application.
