We are booked out at least a week, though we had a lot of pent up demand after being shut down for almost 3 months.

"We" means the entire services portion of our company. We are at full employment now and are actively recruiting to fill open positions as well. We have 20 plus crews on the road but could easily add 3-4 more to meet current demand. We are so short, we are sending a couple of guys out as crew leaders who have only been with us for 3-4 years.

June was great, July will be even better. We have 105 bookings in July so far on our house keeping side with vacation rentals and another 6 construction cleans and I haven't added up all the carpet cleans yet. We now hired our 3rd fulltime employee.

definitely more in carpets last year 80:20 split
but it would change from one area to another I'd say. The franchises here do bulk of insurance work, but they're still carpet cleaners..

We pivoted to ‘ deep cleaning’ @Jim Pemberton
to pick up the slack and has turned into over $5k additional revenue per month
thought it would be a short term stop gap but has only increased
couple that with pent up spring demand , we are slammed
frankly , I don’t care if we shut down again
I’ll kill it shorting the market and still be DeeP cleaning for the business survivors and adapters
