I have 5 -7 5 star reviews and 21 non-recommended 5 star reviews....any recourse?

Beside their god damn algorithm, usually the non recommended are people that write only one review and or don't login to their account much. Not very active. If you want to encourage your clients to write more reviews and or login more, that will help.

Or get more extroverted clients...................................just like Mike

That’s said when they had a site wide dump of reviews it was service business that got hit hardest.

One out of three stick now.

Restaurant have 4 out of 5 stick.

Just shows you the almighty algorithm is shady!
