What to charge for ozone treatment?

Manager wants to me ozone an apartment. The unit is approximately 11000 cf. What is an appropriate charge for the service? I was thinking 1.5 cents per cf.

We charge .03 $250.00 minimum. We don't normally go down as low as a cent & half unless its a large area.
But apts are cheap charge what ever you want on apts.
