I have a swivel starter cuff on the end of my hose that just slides over the wand...

Most of the time a standard swivel. Some times a flash cuff.

Almost all our hand tools have a female Flash cuff on the end of their leader hose so we are always read to click in...

Does that add weight on the wand when you are using it all day?
I don't think it is significant.
The heat from the Butler is vacuumed into the Devastator wand so quickly that I like the gray cuff to keep me from touching the top of the hot wand.
The flash cuff makes it easy to switch to the inch and a half when doing upholstery or stairs. Also a place for the hose to rotate/swivel so it doesn't get twisted up.

We have TM’s. Duct Tape can’t hold up to the heat.
You’re a porty hack!

Broke Dick Porty Hack to you.

By the way, I was in Clanton yesterday around 6:00. Considered calling, but didn’t want to meet you in your nightgown and slippers. I’m a bit stuffy about things like that.
