They'll probably do what Jondon has been doing for several years. Throw in the cheapest wand on the shelf after you sign that $75k purchase order of a new setup. Isn't Jondon the only company selling this unit currently?

You know it. And it’s been used once and is already curving. Same thing happened to my 16 inch evolution when I had it.

In a U shape. When I put it on a flat surface the corners are not flush to the table.

Yes there is foam behind the glide. Here are some pictures of the wand. Tried to show what I could on a flat surface. It won’t make much difference in plush carpet but as it gets used will now more.

Yes that’s what came with the truck and to be honest didn’t care if a wand did or didn’t. I have what have and like it. So didn’t make too much of a big deal about it. If I had a choice it would have been some type of ti wand and would have paid the difference or just got credit without a wand. Will probably end up selling or giving it to another cleaner.

Good news, the DDS does have a low water shutoff. It also has the in -line filter but it's a little different than the Evererest. It's more cylindrical.
