I’m sure! Like I said even a cimex or 2 or 10 would help🤷🏼‍♂️ They could at least get portys if no truckmounts. But good for you if you’re up for it.

We’ve got 2 Cimex’s, a really good OP, an old General variable speed, a pretty good portable, and a pair of TM’s both running 47 blowers.
I think they just need our service’s.
If this gig works out, I’ve got a guy that’s REALLY hungry for work, and is willing to work 7 days a week if needed….

The jobs we’ve looked at for them look like dog feces. The carpeting is dull looking, lots of stains, and the people complaining of a ‘musty’ smell for a few days after. How’s that even possible if they are using 175’s???
And they they say the stains that are there, have NEVER gone away, it just looks better ‘for a day or 2’.

I think they use inferior chemistry, and don’t bother to even treat the stains.

I think both the clients and the janitorial company are in for a surprise…..
I can only imagine the build-up of cleaning chemicals in that carpet! I think the best thing that you could do would be to give it a proper rinsing. I would think you wouldn't even need to pre-spray, just flush it out!

You know it’s a jan san chemical. Probably a shampoo!😏 Well, I might be giving it too much credit, it might be a Home Depot chemical.

And have a jug or two of defoamer on hand
My action plan was to tank feed a light solution of BridgePoint CleanFree (defoaming already) through a Cimex and use what we use everyday…

HOT RO water rinse @ 450 psi, freshly cleaned blower filters, running 2.5” hose, with a 50’ 2” whip hose….

Back in the late 80s I demonstrated a truck mount at a large concert venue in Detroit. I don't remember which one it was, and perhaps by now it has been torn down and replaced.

I discovered on arrival that it had been shampooed after every event with no extraction step of any sort for....30 years.

My machine bogged down with foam, despite the liquid defoamer I kept coating my hose with, about every 10 square feet. I had to just leave in defeat.

While the name of the place has disappeared from memory, the experience has not.

You and me both Kenny, you and me both…

My helper, partner, worker, PITA, is my wife.
She has been putting up with my shit, and helping to grow our business for the last 6 years.

I truly don’t think I could replace or replicate what she does.

I’m grateful for someone who believes in me, and the direction I’m trying to navigate.

It’s the trials and tribulations of business and life that not only are the struggles, but triumphs aswell…

I’m blessed

Mine’s been on the side of the road broke down between jobs with me, she’s been disappointed in losses we’ve suffered together and the victories we’ve had, and we’ve had both. Mine slung a mop with me daily, hired employees and fired employees all the while kept the home fire burning, cooked every day and raised the girls, and we watched them work in the business as little kids to where they boss us around. I sit back and ponder how blessed I’ve been. If you tried to write a business plan, it would never work and fail miserably! By the way, that’s why I believe in Jesus!

My only advice I would give as I’ve told you before, don’t ride that horse too far any longer than need be. However, If your’s is like mine, you couldn’t make her quit. Until she did! 66

Sage advice my friend. She wants to be as successful as I can envision….

She just doesn’t want to spend the money to get there…

She’s got working mentality. She thinks we can do it all.
I’ve explained that in order to get to a place of ‘just quoting jobs’, and going for lunch, there are MANY steps in between…

I understand her apprehensions, you’ve seen and experienced the hiring pool I’m sure…

Lord have mercy, I’ve had so many I can’t remember them all. We’ve had good ones, great ones, and awful ones. Like I’ve said, I’ve had em quit in the middle of a job🤬😂
I’ve fired em and they’ve had to walk home because I provided them transportation😂😂 and they lived 60 miles away🤣 We might not have seen it all, but we’ve come close. I pretty much let my Girls do all that now, unless there’s a troublesome one.
