and I hadn't sent my world famous prep letter?

Thank you! Upon reading this I will need to reschedule till later.... My dog is recovering from surgery and this house is so small there is no way for her to live in the room that would be cleaned while this is going on. Also, I will need to get help to move all this stuff to prep as I too will be headed to shoulder surgery... With the "minimum" which I totally understand to get your equipment here etc.... I need to be in a better position to actually use this service.... So for now lets cancel and reschedule for a better time.... Sorry and thank, debby

I had a crazy lady call at the beginning of the year. She wanted me to explain how we clean ductwork and when I told her we usually ask the homeowner to take off the vent covers, she said she couldn’t do that because she was old and had a bad back. I told her that would be no problem, I’d make a note of it so the guys made sure the screwdriver set was in the truck. I also mentioned that we would appreciate if she could make the vents accessible to the techs and of course she said she couldn’t do that either. Again, I said I’d make a note of it. Our prep instructions email goes out two days before the job. She replied to the prep instructions email with “I told you I can’t do anything before you get here so I will have to cancel.”

...

I replied that it was an automated email and she’d already talked to me so she was exempt from the prepping, she had the service done, and then emailed me to say the one vent our guys replaced wasn’t pushed in all the way.

It's funny how with janitorial, i very rarely hear complaints and whining like residential janitorial. I'm sure people still complain, in just dont hear it. We leave a communication log where people can write on it but it's rare. The advantage of commercial work.

Wish I wouldn’t have shown up for my first job this AM....89017this was in ALL the door ways.... AND the stairs were fooked.... the lady(renter) claimed my wands did this ????? My office got an earful from the owner of the property.... my office girl quietly explained that if this is what our tools did, then we wouldn’t be in business.... I’ve got photos of all the damage on the initial walk through.... AND, the 80 odd cat pee stains under black light..... people are strange....
