A new customer Wendy W.. called this afternoon, she has about 6 area rugs and 5 sofas she wants cleaned, she is concerned about your equipment bringing bed bugs and possibly other pests into her home, she also insists the job be done at 830 am, not the usually window of 9-11, if you can accommodate this request let me know or you can contact her at

Just tell her the truth. There exists the possibility that you could bring in bed bugs, particularily if they entered your vacuum cleaner at the last job and you have no way to guarantee that won't happen. Ask her if she would like a morning appointment (between 9 and 11) or an afternoon arrival (between 11 and 5).
