I’d need measurements.

Since you never pronounce the “d” at the end of “and”’ do you spell it without it too?

If i were really there 8 hours it’d be at least $2000. I would think 4 hours with a helper though? ,maybe im off on time allotment ? Actually, I think i could clean the carpet in 1 hour and the rest in 2.5 hour ish.

we rarely see that ratio of hard surfaces in our housing

$180 furniture
$280 carpet
$800ish hard surfaces
NZD peso

"looks like" 5 maybe 6 hrs work

If I didn't have my cellphone with me it would have been a 5 hour job...

How bad were the carpets? And size of room?

Yeah, running around doing 5 $190 jobs sounds so much more appealing.

really, you can't tell how long that would take you, after 40 years of doing this shit?

$1600.00. I just multiplied 8 hours by $200. Now that doesn't help with future cleanings since this is probably a one time shot for all the surfaces at one time.

$120 furniture
.42/ft for carpet, times .5 to seal
.75/ft for tile, times .5 to seal
$45 for fuel if it is out of town.

Guessing at measurements, you charged more than me for carpet, less for tile. I would guesstimate that one at around $750.

And my van wouldn’t stink the place up even if women and children cross the street to avoid it.

He's a high school teacher, she works 3 days a week as a hobby. They won't be spending $1600 to clean lightly soiled furnishings here in the CV
