What would you do, Part 2?

You guys helped me out with a situation in the past when I got a call from a commercial painter who spilled a gallon of paint on a carpet...
Here's my next problem not sure how to handle..

This week I scheduled a cleaning job for this morning with the husband. He wanted me to clean that day but I told him I was booked and could do it this morning. He explains, he'll be away on a business trip but asks wife... "hey, he can do it this Saturday at 9am, is that too early for you?" She says no. He asks her for her cell #, says if there is a problem to call her. Fine, appointment booked.

I arrive this morning at 9am (25 mile drive one way). She opens door in robe with towel on head.. with pissed off look.
Me: "Good morning, I'm Bill from Acme Carpet Cleaning"
Her: Yeah
Me confused: Is this 18 Longbow"
Her: Yeah
Me, still confused: This is the Fortin residence, correct?
Her: Yeah
Me: I'm here to clean your bedroom carpets... ?
Her: That's next Saturday!
Me: Really, confused... Ummm, really... I've got it for today? Umm, ok, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I turn and get back in my van and drive home.

Question: What would you do?
A) Send them a bill for a service/travel charge?
B) Call the husband on his cell phone and say... dude, what the F'ing issue with your wife?
C) Reschedule the appointment in my calendar for next week and pad my bill to make up for the gas and waste of my time. (if the husband doesn't cancel the appointment altogether when he comes home, so as to save himself the embarrassment of dealing with having to fessing up to the fact his wife is a dip shit?
D) Chalk it up as a learning experience, suck it up and move on, shit happens?
E) Other, your opinion which is what I'm looking for.

Just eat it. This just goes to show how important confirmation calls are. Especially when the job is a bit of a drive.

That is how it should of played out.
