Nice Lady referred to me . Spilled red wine on a white wool carpet installed wall to wall. She said it is a sisal weave. Also on synthetic upholstery. I'm in Central Florida and don't see wool carpet very often unless I'm on a cruise.

I'd order some Stain Magic for wool.

Tannin Stain Remover. I'm sure the lady has already thrown everything under the kitchen sink at it.

You might need to lightly mist a reducer (Red 1, etc.) and rinse it out before application of an oxidizer (Stain Magic, etc.) because a lot of red wine contains synthetic dye.
