Had a lady the other day .. in her 80's .. sweet as pie !! She was wearing white pants. As soon as she turned around, I was like,"Oh shit !!" .. literally !! I was like man do I tell her or forget about it. I spent more time thinking about whether I should tell her or not than I did about the cleaning. There was roughly a 2x2" patch of shit smear on the back of her pants towards the top.
My helper was like you'd probably embarrass her so don't say anything. At the end while cashing out, she says she's headed out the door to run several errands. That's when I say, " before you go out, you may wanna change those pants. I think you sat on something outside." She's like omg thank you so much !! I would have been so embarrassed !!
