What % or $ would you pay per quality new client?
Not talking leads, but jobs in your service area. Jobs that can clearly be turned into clients.

What is a new quality client worth to you?

What are you calling a quality client? One that cleans their carpet more than every 5 years?

A client you see about once a ever 6-18 months.

Some might be one time jobs.. Like people moving away needing a vacant done before closing.

But most would fall into the same demo you currently seek.

Pay as in whom?

Value wise $25.00-$50.00 for residential carpet cleaning maybe double for a commercial client, $250.00-$300.00 for a water or fire loss.

But as you say pay, we actually don't pay for leads or referrals, those are numbers are what it would be "worth" to gain a client.

I would pay for jobs all day long. Not leads but jobs especially restoration jobs.

Paying for leads has never worked for us.
