Whatever happened to the ACE truckmount lawsuit?

Back in 07 some guy on here said he had given a check to ACE for 20k. They promised him a new truckmount and never delivered. The guy has a storyon here if you search for it. I know it was a long time ago, but am just curious if anybody knows what happened? Is ACE still in business? Did the guy get his $ back?

I once lost a large sum of money to a family member in need. Boy it still stings when I think about it. Maybe this is why I want to know? It'll help me with closure.

afaik ACE/Nessinger went bankrupt and John did not receive his money ...
