Just to throw a stick on the spokes.... I really like the Trex Jr.
Definitely got the heat! Love my burner! You have max heat and good suck. I'd do a ZIPPER SPINNER.
No power cords, You'll be cutting through soil like a hot knife through butter.

I can try! It’s unbelievable how much more comes out with a bonnet after!@jeremy parr ps your never going to clean
a carpet that’s white towel clean but it’s a noble thought
Saw a video on that on YouTube last night, what do you like about it?Just to throw a stick on the spokes.... I really like the Trex Jr.
Thank you, it is definitely in good condition, I was planning on haggling! There are a lot of old Rx 20's sitting around, mainly because they were so heavy. I sold one recently, I think I got $800 for it. There's is another one for sale locally for $500. Been for sale for about a year. Don't pay too much unless its pristine.
Yep, every time I get help worth keeping they get another job and those that stick around haven’t been worth keeping, I’ve got customers that tell me to come alone when they book appointments cause they say it comes out better when I do the whole job.Do you work alone?
If so, spring for the 360i or XL with brush head. Commit to it and get GOOD at making homeowners say WOW. You will become efficient in time and slowly make a real name in your area as a premier company.
If you have a helper, get a CRB machine and a Devestator Wand. It’s incredible how efficient we have become, all while delivering an incredible product in every home.
Man, thanks for all the info! Has anyone ever tried a CX15? So far it looks like the 360 is the favorite, but I’m wondering if the CRB with a spinner wouldn’t be a tad easier to use, the CX15 looks like it’s got the exact same type of setup as my Turbo Hybrid tile tool and that’s been serving me reliably for 12 years now. That zipper spinner looks sick too but it’s the same price as the 360 without the scrubbing action, 95% of my work is residential so dodging and cleaning around furniture is also a concern. Also, what about that T Rex?
Man, I wish I could work with my wife like that, customers would love it, but I think I’d end up a victim on Snapped! My wife scrubbed out a good size residential today with stairs. We also used the CRB to scrub the tile/grout.
But if I knew I had to be alone and could only have one of those tools, I think it would be the rotary.
That was my concern from the videos, looked a little low slung, thanks!I did..
I was waaaay tooo taaaall for it
But there is a magic that happens under that shroud
Thanks, my claim to fame is rapid dry time! It’s just getting a little too hard on my old bones dry stroking with a wand to get it!For the " what it's worth dept" we have used all the rotary. Starting with the RX 20, Rotovac power wand, Rotovac 360i w/brush head.
We have found that the T-rex Jr. is the best tool for us. The tool itself is built really well. Our experience has been that it also leaves the carpet very dry.
Hope this helps.
Helps to dry the carpet too!I can try! It’s unbelievable how much more comes out with a bonnet after!
Prochem quad that thing is a tank!
LMAO, I JUST SPIT ALL OVER MY PHONE SCREEN!View attachment 80111
Mine worked with me side by side for 26 yrs., stripping, waxing, cleaning, managing, all of it. This is her #today. I killed her![]()
Towel please!LMAO, I JUST SPIT ALL OVER MY PHONE SCREEN!
Yep, right on the money about my trusty old Marble Master, 175 rpm and 110 pounds if I remember correctly, and I do drag my son with me from time to time but the boy is definitely more of an intellectual type than a grunt! Kid stops to wash his hands every five minutes, he belongs in a lab mixing chemicals or a court room!Nevermind I see powermatic with a 4.5 blower and a diesel heater total flame thrower nice!
I would ditch the Prochem quad wand and get a bigger 2 inch titanium wand with a holed glide lighter easier to use and go to 12 flow
All that heat will cause better evaporation and you won’t over wet, a rx 20 you better dry stroke a lot and there’s still operator fatigue issues.
I think the heavier wand is killing you plus your probably using a 175 100 machine for agitation?
That’s alot of work!
A good used 10 inch crb and a high flow wand you’ll get amazing results that won’t kill you to achieve!
Ps make your Son help you lol!
Up until 3 years ago I used it without the glide, then it was real fun to shove around!
View attachment 80134 I use the Rotovac 360i quad with 4 jets and vac. The quad does not rest on the 3 knobs plus 3 vac shoes, but rests only on the 4 vac shoes. 33 percent more flushing than the 3 jet model.
I am not sure if the quad is available with the brush though.
The lighter weight is a blessing and with fully adjustable length and angle it works great on stairs!
I also run a Steam Way Powermatic Legacy 2100.
Above is a job I did with the 360i on Monday this week.[/QUOTE Looks nice! Does that tool fill up your tank fast?
