A customer of mine is paying a claim over a damaged item in someone's home.

The employee likely didn't do it, but the customer insists he "must have"

Why?

"The guy was on his cell phone the whole time and not paying attention to what he was doing"

Talking on the phone the entire time ranks right up there with BO and/or bad breath

I usually don't answer the phone while I am with a customer. That's why I have voice mail. If you can't wait a little bit until I call you back, too bad. Probably lose a few customers this way but they're probably ones I didn't want in the first place

Quick drying fellas. Sweaty guys are such a turn-off.

not the decent ones, the CHEAP, smaller, lt wt bath towels ...under 3 bukz ea

perfect size and weight for around the neck
you wont be dripping sweat on furniture and everydamnthing else

You need not to just smell clean you need to be clean.

If you are bathing and doing laundry properly it shouldn't be an issue.

Jebus man, I shower 2 times a day, and when I do laundry, I use Tide, boosted with borax..... all I’m trying to say, I like to BE CLEAN ALL DAY LONG..... If a guy starts to sweat into his first job, do you really think that you still smell ok after it? What about job #2? Or #3... if a guy thinks he still smells good after sweating for an hour in the morning, he’s sadly mistaken.... whatever, do what you guys want, I’ll keep with my program thank you very much. WE ALL DEAL MOSTLY WITH FEMALE CLIENTS. They have a better sense of smell that we do. DO YOU REALLY THINK MRS PIFINGTON CANT SMELL THAT ASS SWEAT ON YOU?

IMO, it’s the total package... I don’t care if you use the Mikey 47 step process, if you show up in an old ‘86 chev wearing jogging pants and a tshirt you slept in with last nights spaghetti on it, YOUR NOT GOING TO BE SERVING THAT CLIENT AGAIN! At least not the client I shoot for.... sure, section 8’s all day long, but I’d rather serve 2-4 high end in a day, and make 1000$-2000$, than try to do 7-10 and make 500$..... guess it’s a guys business model. DO YOU WANT TO BE A BIG FISH IN A LITTLE POND, OR A LITTLE FISH IN THE OCEAN, WITH THE CHANCE TO GROW?????

There is a small company in my neighborhood who has 3 vans. Nice looking vans with company name and graphics. I often see one driven by an unshaven guy in his undershirt with a cigarette drooping from his lips. That's the owner.
