I have tried a few different Acid Rinse products and can't tell which one I like the best.

So instead of trying them all I am coming to you guys to see which ones to try and which ones to not waste my money on.

Ken;

One of the newest developments is the All Fiber Rinse products . . .

which set any loose dyes on carpets, and more importantly RUGS.

Lisa Wagner demonstrated that property at Connections in her rug cleaning seminar.

A good All Fiber Rinse product will also leave a soft hand on plush carpets.

Last, but not least is the pH neutralization,

which helps for you cleaners still using water-based fluorochemical protectors.

If I were going to use an acid rinse, I would use Accelerated Chemical's Ultra Rinse. It is a great product.

But I don't use an acid rinse ...

Yes.

The latest addition to the line- up is Xtreme Odor Control, which is becoming popular enough that the "in" thing to refer to it as, is "XOC".

XOC started out as a product we developed for my girlfriend's daughter and son in law's business of pumping out houseboat septic tanks. They wanted something to cut down on the odor and something that they could sell to their customers, so we came up with, "Perfect Potty". Perfect Potty worked so well, that we decided to try it in the carpet care applications (minus the orange dye and orange scent of Perfect Potty). It worked out very well in the testing we carried out, so it was put into production and named, "Xtreme Odor Control".

XOC is water- soluble and typically used at 2 to 4 oz. per gallon of water. It's fully compatible with all cleaning solutions (so it can be added to them- or used by itself) and is non- toxic.

Unlike our PeeBeGone, it can be used on oriental rugs.

It's been used successfully on every odor that it's been applied to, including: pet urine, "dirty dog" smell in carpets, smoke odors, cooking odors, sewage and, most notably, skunk (used at 8 oz. per gallon).

It does have a light "fresh" fragrance.

Is your All Fiber Rinse different from All Fiber Rinse from a dozen other companies?

Larry, what's the impact of your All Fiber Rinse on brass components?

That is a good question.

Our All Fiber Rinse product has a low corrosivity of 0.01 % @ 25 degrees C,

on Brass at room temperature soaked for 48 hours.

We also have Stainless Steel jets available for more severe applications.
