We charge $15-25 extra per room or so depending on how bad it is, doesnt add much time at all. Spray it pretty heavy, agitate a bit with brush if needed... most of the time its not even needed, then rinse. Done this in homes where carpet and filtration is easily 15-20yrs aged. Of course it will eventually come back but from repeat customers usually it still hasnt returned after several years so I would say thats well worth the money spent.

If they decline just do 1 room for free then show them.

I put some encap shampoo (Release It / All Round Whatever) in a trigger sprayer 1:8 and agitate it in with a brush. Then hit it with the ShearDry or mini head on 360i.

Probably the best water claw device ever created.

Removes standing water and pee like fury. Eliminates the most stubborn filth.

You do need to respect it yes. It will bite things. Not for use wuthout due care.

But like any such tool it works super well. All the power of your equipment down into a little head no bigger than an upholstery tool.

Even a porty extractor becomes monstrosly thirsty.

Recovery of soil and water is amazing.
