The new gekko with the brush head. Just make sure you install a 100 mesh filter so you don't clog the jets. Not great but as good as it gets right now.

I like the westpak with the cheap swivel, but I think the neck is too long down at the bend. When the need to swivel between a toilet happens, the long neck gets in the way
