I bet that gets you into lot of single guys homes.Mentions in "Does anyone know a kick ass carpet cleaner with glorious thighs?" type discussions .
Busy enough you don't want or need more business?I never advertise on Facebook but it seems like my customers advertise for me.
Too busy these days. Just did a one room job for the parents of another customer. $150 and both the father and son are fighting over who will give me the tip. So, both of them have me $20 each. Picked up a couple of rugs, need to pick up a couple more but it's out of my area today. 1 more job this afternoon then I have to clean rugs. I am booked solid until August 9 when I am taking a short vacation on Vancouver Island. Have several jobs after that and by the time I'm back, the rest of the month will be booked. I still have several large condo buildings that I have to schedule in before the end of summer as well.Busy enough you don't want or need more business?
Why they have to be single?I bet that will gets into lot of single guys homes.
My amount of jobs was 72 from June 24th to july 24th. I'm not too cheap. I just cleaned a huge tile and grout job on this monday for over $4k and they paid when I finished. My average invoice last month was $25030 call and how many book, if more than 2, you're too cheap
A multi surface owner op should be at $400 +My amount of jobs was 72 from June 24th to july 24th. I'm not too cheap. I just cleaned a huge tile and grout job on this monday for over $4k and they paid when I finished. My average invoice last month was $250
I think it depends on your service area. If you service one town and 50% of it is trailer parks youāre never going to get a $400 average ticket no matter how many services you offerA multi surface owner op should be at $400 +

How did you arrive at that number? How much a day? How many days a week? Month? Winter months?A multi surface owner op should be at $400 +

Sounds totally ridiculous for the average one man band. I'm sure there are a handful of cleaners in the country that are able to do that, but not a realistic average number in my opinion.
Average homes around here are $100,000 or lessI asked Bryan..
He said 500 to 600
250k to 500k homes

My military account asked if I would do a second unit on the same day for less than my normal minimum of $300.. Hi Emily When I came up with our pricing 4 or 5 years ago it reflected far more invoices per year then I get now. The removal of the free annual cleanings and now I almost never get...mikeysboard.com
