Gas is through the roof.
Inflation is raising its ugly head and I realized it yesterday when I made my spring supply order. I ordered $2300 of supplies and chemicals and I’m not sure there’s not more that I need. ( (That’s a lot for my little 2 van operation.)

I go up a couple of cents a sf every year, but I’m going to check again and see if that was enough this year.

Do you adjust your prices?

Like everyone else, I have local competition who are still charging last decades prices. They plan on surviving off of volume.

But they don't vacuum, do edging, etc. They charge more if they have to prespray. They upsell everything under the sun. Charge your price but make sure the customer understands the difference between you and Joe Blow down the road. Reasonable people understand everything is going up. Don't work for unreasonable people

I woke up to gas @ $7.15 a gallon this morning. My van was @ 1/2 tank, and it cost me $128.00 to fill it up.

Disgusting.
