In 4 years my per room rates have gone from $35 to $60-$70, which is very high for my market.
The only difference I’ve noticed is I work less and mostly clean carpet that isn’t dirty.

Ive made a strong effort in the last few months not over schedule myself. So as to have time to add on services for each customer. For instance, on Friday, a customer only scheduled 2 rooms and a staircase. I ended up doing 4 rooms and a staircase, 4 tile bathrooms, and to two tile showers. Most of us can sell more if we give ourselves time to do it.

My guy in Scruz has a $500 minimum, $1.50-$2.00 a ft and only sees near perfect carpet...$325 last year all by himself. 90%vlm

325k there is like 180k here in god’s country.
Maybe more like 150k here. I can make that working 3-4 days per week.

Trying to, it's not easy me to upsell... sometime I can upsell to clean a couch. Got the HSGG, gonna trying adding more rooms for floor cleaning.

It’s not easy. I agree. It’s easier to try to get the homeowners to talk about cleaning help in other areas of the house. And then maybe you can be a problem solver. I try not to lead with price. I try to begin with how understand their issue and how awesome it is going to look.

Maybe not, but I’m sure a comparable house in that area of California is it least twice the price.

Used my new lip glide on a large job yesterday, was thinking about giving a discount (joking). Much easier than years past on this monster. Stairs and Couches price are gonna go up for me this year for sure. $3 per stair is history, at $3.50 now after long time at $3. This may be where I look to cover a little gas in the future, just make sure the quality is stellar. Limit the little freebie rugs, start thinking a gallon of gas for that rug now. I tend to give it away to a lot of my return customers.
I rather see someone else prove their math.
