I know I know “you don’t clean carpet” but I doubt it would matter much to me

I’ve never been one of those hunched back scrubber guys

Just a light push on it to change direction when needed. I’d probably go with the smaller of the two just because it’s less likely to catch on stuff

I don't know if a 1.5 inch(?) height different would matter or not.
I don't think it would matter to me

what I loath on a wand is a steel supply line to burn welts on leg or arms
(happens most when changing tools or stair wanding)

Larger slanted handle is ergonomically comfortable thats helps with better push pull control.

being bored, I'll make rocker surgery out of this ..

they both have a slant, Raf
the only practical difference is the height
If splitting hairs, I reckon by positioning the taller handle lower on the tube, you could get more downward leverage for the "wand scrubbers"

Annoying thing with the shorter metal handle is, I constantly have to keep repositioning it because it doesn't lock down perfectly. The plastic one stays in place.

If you're smart, it only happens once.
