1) "Your Satisfaction is Our #1 Priority"

-or-

2) "Your Complete Satisfaction is Guaranteed"

#1

IMO, guarantees are a dime a dozen and mean nothing. Just like the free estimate, everyone is doing it. Even though both seem to be saying the same thing, #1 makes me believe you will go out of your way to WOW me.

Good Luck.

As usual, Bob, you offer nothing. You should only be allowed in the Bird Room.

For ad purposes you could always go with something simple like "Quality you can count on".

Instead of offering a guarantee.

I just say "you have a whole week to inspect your carpet. If there are any problems or if a spot returns I'll came back and clean it for FREE!"

Works like a charm!

Your Satisfaction is Our #1 Priority

I agree this speaks more than talking about a guarantee. Just look in the phone book for a typical statement "Satisfaction Guaranteed", people see it all over, every busn.

The only thing that struck me was the "#1".
It just seemed to not flow, out of place.

I was thinking
'Your Satisfaction is Our Priority' or

'Your Satisfaction is Our Top Priority'

1st impressions

Bob offers far more here than most of you. At least he is funny to many of us.

Many of the others are like listening to paint dry or even worse....listening to Brevik pound his chest and tell us all how fricken smart he is...while all the time not understanding something as simple as denaturing.

Some of you must make your spouses miserable.

To be honest, every business out there has sayings like this and to me they mean absolutely nothing in the world of advertising/marketing. Use the back of your business card if you want to put a guarantee together. Go to ICS and search the archives, there are some good ones to use, I just wouldn't use either of those

Derek you have it all wrong!

You need to explain "EnCApSUlATIoN technology" to everyone.

And be honest and tell them its the SHAMPOO method so they truly understand.Just like the Kirby vacuum cleaner salesman uses!

giggle!

By the way.......I bonnet clean!

Ed,

i already have stuff on the back. and on most of my cards i put a magnet on the back anyways so what is back there is irrelevant.

Jimmy,

our tag line says it all, "Enjoy Our New Space-Age Technology: Encap Process! You'll Be the First in the Area and Your Competitors will be SO Jealous!"

thanx --- Derek.
