Do any of you guys know where I could get a shaft made?

Our boxvan has a damaged shaft and I really need a replacement. I called Sapphire and they only offer a 73" and a 96" I need one about 77". I haven't measured it yet since it's being pulled out tonight but I have a spare 73" that is obviously about 4" short.

Thank you

That request made me really miss my Dad, a tool and die maker and wizard with anything metal.

Any good machine shop should be able to do it. Look for the oldest guy in there.

Steambrite lists a 77.5" on their website. Better be sitting down when you check the price....

Just put in a new Butler shaft and clutch and the price would have been $1200 plus had it not been under warranty.
