I had always thought about giving them a "menu" of some sort. My card always had my services on the back.
The best way is just to bring up what you do as you talk to them. Try to get them thinking about what they need.

Thats too soft of a sale for me. Think when you go to a restraunt and they ask you if you would like to hear the specials or they just tell you them. Look at what McDonalds does now, when you get to the drive thru the first thing they say is "would you like to try this sandwich".
