Looking for links to good carpet cleaning websites. Not looking for average ones, ones that really stand out and impress you/others. In the middle of building my website and looking for ideas. I know that there are a lot of hidden gems out their, thanks in advance. I'm new on the board, hello all.

My cleaning site ranks high (organic listing)in my state for cleaning related key words.

PS. Don't let any body know. But, you'll have links back to your site by posting on this and other small business and cleaning forums. SHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dave you site may rank but it kinda sucks.

Your testimonials mean squat with out last names (from civic leaders)

No mention of who Dave is or who is coming into my home to clean the carept

Bunch of good ones out there. Google carpet cleaning. The big guys have the big bucks to have the some great sites created. If you're into flash check out Stanley Steemer. I like the way they change it with the seasons. Don't forget seo.

I am not sure if our http://www.deltasteamway.com website is all that aesthetically pleasing, but it does have info you won't find elsewhere. Some outstanding before after pics, and testimonials that move across the screen. A little music on the home page, with some words in motion.

Good thing you put your old dogs in the picture or you would have broken the camera.....

I am not sure about Chubby chubby as a name but it is one of the most engaging sites.

Stanley Steemer! You may not like it but it is very well done. Women have very little patience on line. SS makes it easy for them to get a price and book quickly.

My computer is in desperate need of repair. Half the keys are sticking. I looked at a lot of sites and to me RW's site was the most appealing. It wasn't the flashiest or most expensive, but if I was a consumer needing cleaning services I would call him. I really liked the consumer guide and felt it educated the consumer. I wanted a site that let consumers know why they should call me and do it in a clear and concise manner. A good site should be easy to navigate and not have too much info as to overwhelm your customers. To me a site can be used in pay per click or it can be used as a source for your clients to refer you. I don't promote my site any other way other than wom and business cards and I have been getting a lot of good feedback about the site and referrals lately.

I am not done with it and plan on making some changes the first of next year. I have quite a few photos of some tile and carpet jobs I have done and plan to incorporate them and take some more photos of my Everest etc.

Mikey, I see why chicks dig your site. Your blog is really good. It shows off your creativity.

Ben, you have the best site I have seen.

If I was going to advertise on Google, I would go with a site like this one simply because it is all about the price.

Daniel, regarding your link at the bottom of your home page "deep clean fast dry times". I think most here that dry fast should have something similiar. I added something similiar to my site last week. It really is a big plus that I don't think too many take advantage of.

Dude, how old are you?
I don't think you're allowed in here if you're under 18 :)

I like the site, but I would really get rid of the "I don't claim to be the best..." line. Also, I would get a pic of you in a suit or something more formal, to possibly make you look a little older (coming from a 23 year old business owner.)

I don't know Ron. Nothing is copyrighted. I guess the developer put it there for looks. I am not going to do a blog but I am definetely adding more info on tile work, some testimonials, and possibly making a link to share with other local businesses.

Work in progress Ben. Seeing it there looks better than seeing it on the screen.

I should put a copyright notation on the bottom of my site. It's nice to be asked if someone wants to use it. Must be okay if someone copies it. 8) Just need to spruce it up, looks too "home made"
