I am an avid cimex user. I have cleaned up to 30,000 sq feet with it. For cgd carpet it is the cats meow

We love them for CGD. It works great as long as you don't expect it to do everything and replace HWE.

I've used the Wittikers, OPs, 175s on commercial

If we cant HWE than the Mex is the only way to go

but we do like to go over goopy areas with a cotton pad/175 afterwords.

We too will OP the bad areas to lighten the load on the Cimex cleaning. If it's really nasty we will HWE that area and Cimex the rest.

Mine is a great conversation starter. When we hire a new tech, inevitably after a week or so, they point to it and ask "whats that do"? And I tell them "not much anymore, but it's primary function is the creation of hernias...oh and it can make carpet look clean too."
