As soon as we finish a job, the customer gets an email asking for a review and HCP sends them a thank you email 7 days after the service. Most people reply to one of those. There is definitely such a thing as too much contact and it takes a very special person to sit on the phone all day calling people and inviting them to complain. I’m not that girl.

That's easy enough for a couple hours. I hate the clutter and dust balls everywhere. The waiting for them to get there. No shows.
I like the schedule of commercial work no advertising cost. Easier work. Bigger job tickets.
