Who is cleaning LVT (luxury vinyl tile) or other vinyl flooring types succesfully?

We have a job coming up I bid on, full of filthy LVT. Planning on using some neutral floor cleaner, agitate with 175 and maroon pad or tile brush, extract with PMF hard floor wand at 250psi, power dry.

Anyone else doing it the same way, differently, things to look out for?

Lol! I just meant would the brushes be too harsh! Ive never cleaned vinyl tiles before and I am doing some on Thursday and I am renting a CRB to agitate the carpet with and wanted to be sure I could safely use it on the flooring as well.

Ok Marty....are the standard brushes to rough or should I use the ones for wool?

The stiffest of brushes for the Brush Pro wouldn't hurt any uncoated vinyl floor.

Sweep
Mop
Scrub
Rinse
Dry

Do you have a microfiber flat mop?

Use it and a fresh pad to remove all water marks as the last step.

We use this refinisher product on hardwoods with ok results.

It is very thin and has to be applied almost like using a t-bar. You can't just start spreading it like you would if you were mopping vtc with wax, it will show your application marks pretty easily.
