When posting here on the "Board", I can't respond to a post and then hit "tab" or Continue" to advance to the next line down. Know what I mean? I cannot move curser below this line while typing, but I can on any other board or email I write. Any answers??

No you need to click the blue A tab on the far top left. Try it
