Not my opinion so much as my observations over the past 17yrs of being in the industry, listening to my clients, when I was with The Bay (a supposed "large" cleaning company as they advertised) and being on my own. Nationwide, Sears, and some O/O's that try to duplicate them, always see them advertising $99 for 3rooms and hall WITH a free chair, etc etc. THAT is peoples expectation. Cheep price, decent clean.

they have the 99 buck special on tv here but when you call. they say we dont honor that here our special is 179. lol

we do'nt bash them we hear 50 50 on them here
if a custy asks about them we just tell them it all depends what crew shows up at your house.
have herd alot of 3 day dry times though
