Some feel clean means to remove dirt. We are carpet CLEANERS. When someone pays us it's for carpet CLEANING.

I think it's somewhat simple...

clean
klēn/
adjective
  1. 1.
free from dirt, marks, or stains.
:stir:

Don't get me wrong, we do use encap. 100% not anti encap, but it is what it is...

Saiger doesn't need a Cimex or encap. Here's why:
The biggest lie in this industry is the one perpetrated by Ricky and John that tells us there are some commercial environments that can't be successfully cleaned using HWE. If you have the tools, and the time/money, you can clean commercial using HWE. If you have time to video every aspect of every day in your miserable life, then you obviously have too much time on your hands. So Saiger certainly has the time!

If you have the money to buy every gadget and tool in the industry (except a Cimex), and an RV, snowmobile, jeep boat , etc., then money isn't the problem either. Saiger's making plenty of money!

So, the only reason Saiger would have to buy a Cimex would be if he wants to get home early.

But that would mean putting the video camera down and listening to his wife.

So Saiger doesn't want a Cimex!

I could see Mark really liking the Cimex as a pretreat and agitation machine before the Zipper.

Justin F. mentioned it in another thread. He puts the prespray in the Cimex and pretreats and agitates in one, really efficient step (CGD).

Rinse that sucker with the Zipper and watch the competition run and hide.

A few weeks ago, my brother Kirk Saiger and I had an apartment I thought we could encap... I was so stoked!!!!

Was going to do a video.. Maybe. So excited that I could show we do encap as needed.....

THAN...........

the damn thing was just too ratty... Just couldn't do it! :(

I am not opposed to encap... I just don't have enough opportunity in my area to apply it.

Sorry guys...

Northern MN is just a sucky area for successful encap

That's my go-to on greasy banquet halls. (Sometimes the rat-nastys also). Cimex in the Saiger Sauce or Grease Eraser.....what ever I feel like using that day. I set up my assistant with the Cimex, aggressive pads, fill his tank, get spare solution ready, and set him free. Then I'll start setting up the SS Zipper, MAYBE prespray the really bad spaghetti sauce stains, crank up the Pro 1200, and get to FLUSHING......hear that? FLUSHING the crap out of the carpet. Usually only one pass up and back, no overlapping strokes. I usually catch up to him on the Cimex.

But then, that's just me. And I charge enough to not be in a hurry.

Maintenance appearance or redistribution or soils -should not be called cleaning at all.

We have 3 cimex and sell it just as it is, as I don't want to be lying to my customers when I give that option, as I ain't cleaning nothing just making it look more even thus making it appear cleaner. So they know.

Also only encap certain type of areas. Movie theater entrances and hallways, no food convention centers so on and so forth areas where the same people are not in or exposed to the areas on a constant basis.

I know of a company that is all about indoor air quality but on the other hand introduces polymer into office areas by the 5 gallon pail so I don't get it.

Do you really think all those magic crystals aren't floating in the air and into everyone's lungs?

Under the microscope the crystals -they look pretty sharp, do you think they get stuck inside everyone's lungs?

Just a thought.

I was telling Mike the exact same thing yesterday about the carpet in my area. The commercial accounts (that don't want to be an account,) are too filthy to be able to cimex. Which is why I haven't had the ambition to want to buy a cimex

Do you warn people when you apply your solvent based protector? Far more risky to your clients.

How about when you apply that same sealer to tile and stone? When it wears off, (which it will with any amount of traffic) where do you suppose it goes? Air stream to be breathed in.

That is why most cleaners only apply such products sparingly to the grout only!

You still standing? I have more, if you want it.

Michael I made that point several years ago about airborne polymers floating in air systems. Kind of like we all have some of that teflon from the bottom of pans in all of our bloodstream.

Two ounces Jame. Two ounces diluted by a gallon of water spread over hundreds of feet of carpet.

We use the same solutions here in our office to clean with and so far only my balls hurt. (gotta get some padded shorts) :winky:

Seriously there are far more dangers to consider.

TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE! WHERE DO YOU THINK IT WENT?

Why do so many just want to defend their profit and are just greedy wanting to make more money off of those they are knowingly hurting?

How do live with yourselves, especially those like Mikey and Chavez smearing all that dirt and grease to the bottom of so much carpet in attempt to make a few more illgotten dollars?

Sleep well?
