i had a client call and complain that i left a black mark on their VCT floor. she said their janitor tried to remove it with some "heavy duty chemicals", to no avail.
i doubt the problem is mine, unless my Cimex wheels left it. but i dont think so. still, i am going out in a couple hours to try and remove it quickly.
i am just trying to figure what i should bring, from the spotters/cleaning solutions i have on hand...i ain't buying something for this.
can some1 tell me what typical spotters one might have on hand that will remove a black mark (and even the floor finish if necessary) from VCT? she said if the finish is removed that it is OK, as they will have it re-finished in the near future.
i am thinking i might bring some light sand paper as a last resort...to see if i can sand it away :shock: :mrgreen:
