"You're too expensive for what it is. You can get this HWE process for around $9.00 a room!"

Ed I've cornered the market here using $9 a room. So don't insult me.
You can get a walk behind from cleanfreak's house brand for around $1300 that probably has the same exact specs as that windsor which would probably set you back $3500?

I picked up a used castex walk behind for $100.
I'll use it to clean some back hallways where I can't get with a TM. And rinse all of that ENCRAP SCAMPOO out.
