Very young couple's 1st home, just minutes from me but in California

He's a fire fighter, she owns a popular pet grooming biz and tends bar at night

Had they crossed the boarder it would have cost 200k more, just for the tax benefits alone.

Hopefully their friends and parents are not quite as judgmental, Lee...
