Most people in this industry will not point out a wrong doing and that enables the bad people. Someone told me about a great person and piece of equipment that I could buy to dry Rugs way after my situation was outted. I took their class and they proceeded to tell me about a centrifuge. Why do all these intertwined businesses and people just allow this to continue they support people and businesses which they don't believe in or support themselves.
An example is they tell everyone how great this tool or chemical or marketing program or whatever is but they don't and won't use it themselves. Do as I say not as I do! They throw around phrases like, my friend, this great guy, or they want a picture with them, it's bullshit. I would hope that one day people would stand up to this and just call a spade a spade or an asshole an asshole.
