Of course! Who wouldn't want a highly motivated, experienced, anal, perfectionist? As an owner, finding high caliber help is almost impossible and you would be ideal. ( just like me...highly motivated, experienced, anal, perfectionist) But you would have to sign a non compete just to be fair to us both. Pay... 50% of your production.... the rest would be negotiable.
